This Privacy Policy explains how Lindy GEO Technologies LLP (“Lindy”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares personal information through lindypanels.com (the “Site”) and our services (the “Services”).

Lindy operates Lindy Panels, a Google Knowledge Panel buildout service, and Lindy GEO, a Generative Engine Optimization service.

We do not sell personal information.

  • Service providers under contract, including Framer, Google, Meta, iClosed, Typeform, and AI tools used in delivery

  • Platforms necessary to deliver the Services, including Google Knowledge Graph submission, Wikidata, schema validators, and press distribution partners

  • Authorities when legally required, or when necessary to protect rights, safety, or property

6. International transfers

Lindy operates from India. Service providers may store and process data in the United States, the European Union, and other jurisdictions. We use provider Data Processing Agreements where available.

7. Retention

We retain information as follows:

  • Lead and prospect data: up to 36 months after last contact, then deleted or anonymized

  • Client intake and project files: for the life of the engagement plus 7 years for tax, legal, and warranty or lifetime optimization purposes

  • Site analytics: according to provider defaults, typically up to 26 months for GA4

8. Your rights

Depending on your region, you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal information

  • Object to or restrict certain processing

  • Port your information

  • Withdraw consent for cookies or marketing

  • File a complaint with your local data protection authority

9. Children

The Services are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No system is fully secure. If a breach affects your data, we will notify you and authorities as required by law.

11. Marketing emails

You can opt out of marketing emails through the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing us. Transactional emails, including booking confirmations and project updates, may continue while you are an active client.

12. Changes

Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Active clients will receive email notice.
