1. Scope
This Cookie Policy explains how Lindy Panels, Inc. uses cookies and similar technologies on lindypanels.com and related pages (the "Site"). It should be read with the Privacy Policy.
2. What these technologies are
Cookies are small files stored on a browser or device. Similar technologies include pixels, tags, software development kits, local storage, and server-side identifiers. They can support site operation, remember choices, measure activity, attribute campaigns, and deliver or measure advertising.
3. Categories we use
The Site may use the following categories:
• Strictly necessary. Required for core operation, security, network management, form delivery, consent records, and other functions that cannot reasonably be provided without the technology.
• Functional. Supports preferences, embeds, scheduling tools, forms, and enhanced functionality.
• Analytics. Helps measure traffic, performance, navigation, and interactions so we can understand and improve the Site.
• Advertising and measurement. Supports campaign attribution, conversion measurement, audience creation, retargeting, and cross-context behavioral advertising where permitted.
4. Providers
Providers used on the Site may include the following. The exact technologies and retention periods can change as providers update their services. The live Cookie Preferences tool should identify the current technologies and choices.
Provider or category | Primary purpose | Typical classification |
Framer and infrastructure providers | Hosting, page delivery, security, and rendering | Strictly necessary |
Google Analytics and related Google measurement tools | Analytics, performance, attribution, and measurement | Analytics or advertising, depending on configuration |
Meta Pixel and related Meta tools | Advertising attribution, conversion measurement, and audiences | Advertising |
iClosed or other scheduling and CRM tools | Booking, lead routing, reminders, and CRM functions | Functional or strictly necessary |
Typeform or other form providers | Embedded forms, applications, and submissions | Functional or strictly necessary |
Consent-management provider | Stores and applies cookie choices | Strictly necessary |
5. Consent and choices
Where consent is required, non-essential technologies should remain disabled until you make a choice. The cookie banner should provide equally accessible options to accept or reject non-essential technologies. You can change your choice at any time through the Cookie Preferences link in the footer. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before the choice changed.
6. Browser and device controls
Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Blocking all cookies may cause forms, scheduling, media, or other features to function improperly. Browser settings operate separately from the Site’s consent tool.
7. Global Privacy Control and similar signals
Where required by applicable law, we treat a recognized opt-out preference signal, including Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising for the browser or device sending the signal. This statement should be published only after the Site has been configured to detect and honor the signal.
8. Do Not Track
Because there is no uniform response standard for general Do Not Track signals, the Site may not respond to that signal unless applicable law requires otherwise. Global Privacy Control is addressed separately above.
9. Retention
Some technologies expire when the browser session ends. Others remain for a period set by the provider or until deleted. The live Cookie Preferences tool and provider documentation provide the most current information.
10. Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy as technologies or legal requirements change. The revised version will show a new effective date.
